What it means when our estimate predicts you will not gain additional value by selling with your neighbors.

Most properties are not worth more when sold with their neighbors, so please do not be discouraged by the results.

Most people get this result because the underlying zoning of their property does not allow for significant advantages when combined with others. This usually happens in areas which are predominantly single family.

Sometimes these results can also occur if your neighbors are already well developed. In these situations there is not an advantage when combining with them, since it doesn't make sense to tear down a new development and build a new one, even if the new one can be slightly larger.

Our analysis is only as good as our data, so there are some times where we might have some incorrect data about your property that influences your results. If you feel like something is wrong and your property is not being accurately measured, feel free to send us an email at hello@citybldr.com.
